| Corresponds to an introductory, one-semester course in statistics. Includes the fundamental concepts of descriptive and inferential statistics presented in a service course applicable to different majors. Tests for the ability to interpret various types of data, to determine implications and consequences, and to perform statistical calculations. Assumes a basic knowledge of algebra. You will be provided with formulas and statistical tables during the examination. Those who wish to use a calculator must use the authorized Examinations Calculator.
